Community Sanitation offers roll off containers of various sizes to best suit the size of the project. We deliver each container for a set period of time and, at the end of the set time period, or when contacted by the customer that project is completed or the container being full to capacity, will retrieve the container and dispose of its contents.

Each container comes with certain restrictions:

After delivery, container will be on-site for 7-days, $10 per day charge for roll offs sitting over the daily limit.

Container is not to be loaded above its rim

Each container size comes with a weight limit for contents – exceeding the weight limit will incur additional fee based on overage
